Glass (2006)

A short animation using laser-cut plexiglass. Its conception began with my glasses and it exploded into madness! My favorite aspect of this project was the range of cut plexiglass that was made. Some pieces were fried while others had some unhappy accidents. Even so, when put together, the stream of glass is seamless. (well, as seemless as 10 fps can be)

This animation was animated with Macromedia Flash, then exported to Illustrator to be vectorized, and eventually was laser cut into plexiglass using a cool laser machine.
